The Catalyst YLP curriculum is a progressive journey starting with the uncovering of one's compelling self. This embedded understanding is the foundation for discovering the power of connecting to others, the next level of being a leader. Youth experience how partnering with another leads to even greater possiblities. The culimination of the program is the opportunity to deepen the individual's sense of self through the creation of a personal vision project, a prepatory step for entering adulthood. The Catalyst program is a highly interactive and solidfies key skills and concepts fundamental to true leadership. Professional Leadership Coaches provide support to youth throughout the entire learning experience.
