A collective of Co-Active coaches commit to making a difference for future generations Through the process of co-leadership and co-creation the collective begins the journey to create a curriculum. Two years later the individuals in the collective have grown along with a full curriculum.
Born out of a passion to consciously encourage, support and empower each other as leaders we couple our desire to create personal transformation for young people. We are an international organization driven by a mission to create a powerful and affirming experience of personal leadership for youth, so it wil positively affect the course of their lives and the lives of those they touch. Being a proponent of empowerment for who they are and what they stand for; identifying the the unique role they play in the world; and fostering confidence so they may speak their truth with dignity and respect is the aim of our multi-level experiential curriculum. Catalyst leaders are real-time change agents engaging youth by affirming and believing in their capacity to do great things in the world.

Enter our first partnership - the HerShe Group . The initial years focus on the development of a solid curriculum and clarifiying the essentials for creating impact. Our coaching collective uses a community of practice model to cultivate new and meaningfull skills during the creative process.
Catalyst Youth Leadership Project becomes an official 501c3 summer of 2010.
