LauraLynn was given a 50/50 chance of surviving cancer, a sobering prognosis to receive at the tender age of 20. A year later, she had beaten the disease and never looked back. A few decades, degrees and careers later her life stays dedicated to advocacy and leadership. She was recognized with the LiveSTRONG Challenge award. She has facilitated and trained in a wide variety of arenas nationally. Her aim is simple and straight forward: Foster healthier future generations.

Pat (CEO, inVisionaria) is a leadership, business, and team and group coach who helps clients achieve their vision on both a professional and personal level by sharpening their leadership, interpersonal, coaching, presentation and organizational skills. Pat's desire for every human being to know they make a difference in our world, they are not alone, and that they are seen and appreciated and loved for who they are firmly roots her to the work of Catalyst.

Pearlette is a teacher, lawyer and life and business coach. Her passion lies in her desire to create a world in which all people experience the freedom of choice. She started her career in human and social services and later became a lawyer because of her desire to help others. "Catalyst provides me with an opportunity to connect with, inspire, and guide youth toward their greatest potential. Conversely, the youth feed my spirit and enable me to grow and be transformed in the process."

Gwen has competed as a figure skater, has a degree in communications from Stanford, and worked in marketing/graphic design. She has a more than a decade of experience as a co-active coach and leadership trainer. She's passionate about inspiring teens to realize their unique inner strengths, and about empowering them to live the life of their dreams through Catalyst and Project Inspire, an interactive coaching program for juvenile delinquent girls in San Mateo County, CA.

leadership coach and facilitates forums interfaith conversations and non-violent trainings "Catalyst connects phenomenal young women with the transforming power of leadership one awareness, choice and practice at a time. It is a labor of fierce love for the girls, their work and each other (as leaders)!

Carrie is an executive coach and trainer who uses leadership development as the primary lens for work. Her key focus is emotional intelligence, trust-building and conflict management. Prior to coaching, she specialized in marketing and sales in the corporate world. "My passion for developing leadership capacity in the world becomes even more exciting through Catalyst, as catching and developing leaders when they are young enables them to leap-frog to even greater heights."
Carrie Radovich, CPCC
Deb spent nearly 20-years inside Corporate 500 organizations in senior leadership roles, before founding X2ponents in 2003. She added supporting youth in 2005 as a result of a deep personal loss, the suicide of her brother Michael, that initial work continues on now in Catalyst. Her aim is for youth to identify their unique voices in the world, so they recognize and are compelled to use the gifts and talents theyoffer the world. "They need to know every voice matters."

Wendy is a certified professional coach, consultant, the founder of Spire Group, and a Catalyst co-founder. Wendy has over 17 years of business experience in consulting, marketing, product development and operations. She deeply embraces the vision of each of person discovering and stepping into their potential as a leader in their own life.
