Our Story
The desire to be a catalyst in the lives of young people emerges from our personal leadership evolution. This unique youth project, known as Catalyst Youth Leadership Project (YLP), emerges from the leadership experience of a collective of Co-Active Coaches. We believe individuals are naturally creative, resourceful and whole, all of which are crucial components for maturing teens to believe about themselves and embrace. Catalyst YLP programs aim to inspire and engage youth on a deep level to create sustainable change in their lives. The creation of this program and the behind the scenes work is done as a Community of Practice in tandem to being in Co-Activity.
As we touch the lives of others through the Catalyst program we find ourselves
eternally altered in our own hearts and for this we are deeply grateful. more
Uncovering an authentic, power fully expressed self, while learning how to collaborate with others, is the underlying tenet of this leadership program.
A prevailing and affirming experience for youth, pointing them to positively affect the course of their lives and those within their sphere of influence is the stake we place.
